Content Creation
This project was completed in collaboration with Plastic Free Places Western Australia and Curtin University, with the goal of promoting the use of reusables and reducing single-use plastic waste among students. The campaign focused on driving small, consistent behaviour changes by making sustainability feel convenient, rewarding, and achievable.
Designed primarily for Instagram (with optional TikTok integration), the campaign featured ASMR-style reels, interactive stories, and carousel posts tied together by the hashtag #ChooseToReuse. The content encouraged students to make sustainable swaps, like using reusable coffee cups, through positive, relatable, and visually engaging storytelling.
Displayed in this portfolio are examples of the social media content I created for the campaign, including a Sustainable Gift Guide based on university student personas, a Reusable Water Bottle Review carousel featuring student ratings, and a Friendly Reusable Reminder story series designed to reinforce sustainable habits. Each piece aimed to inspire students to adopt simple, achievable actions that contribute to a more environmentally conscious campus culture.
